5. Customized Size Orders

Customized-size garments are specially made according to customer requirements.

  • Customized orders require up to 15 days for production and delivery.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
  • Once a customized order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Standard-size products may be returned or exchanged within the applicable return period, provided:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags and labels remain attached.
  • Original packaging is included.

Items that fail to meet these conditions may be rejected.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
